When you submit the quote-request form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter — your name, company name, email address, phone number, service needed, and shipment details. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate the requested service. We do not sell this information to third parties.

Shipment tracking

The tracking panel on our homepage is currently a preview of the tracking experience we intend to offer — it is not connected to a live shipment database, and any tracking number entered is not transmitted to us or stored. If and when live tracking is enabled, this policy will be updated to describe what shipment data is displayed and how it is secured. Actual shipment status updates for confirmed bookings are currently communicated directly by our team through phone or email.

Third-party couriers and partners

Flex Logistics Inc. works with third-party carriers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and international agents/partners to move cargo by air, sea, and land. Where a shipment is handled in part by one of these partners, limited shipment details (such as consignee, cargo description, and destination) may be shared with them solely to fulfill that shipment. Those partners' own privacy and data-handling practices are not controlled by Flex Logistics Inc.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking/analytics scripts. If that changes in the future — for example, to add basic visit analytics — this policy will be updated to disclose what is collected and how to opt out.

Data retention and security

Inquiry details submitted through the contact form are retained only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and, where a shipment proceeds, to service that shipment and meet our recordkeeping and regulatory obligations as a licensed freight forwarder. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Flex Logistics Inc. name, logo, and the text, photography, and design on this site are the property of Flex Logistics Inc. (or used with permission) and may not be reproduced without our consent.
